1. Services Provided
We provide residential, commercial and industrial pest management services throughout Connecticut, including treatment and prevention for ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders, termites, moths, bees and other common pests. Customized eco-friendly solutions are available upon request.
2. Service Appointments
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Service times are approximate and delays may occur.
3. Payments and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments beyond 15 days may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Returned checks may be subject to a $35 processing fee.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
Certain treatments may include a limited 30-, 60- or 90-day warranty depending on the service. Warranty coverage may be voided when required preparation or sanitation guidance is not followed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should follow preparation and post-treatment instructions, disclose relevant allergies, health conditions and pets, and avoid treated areas until advised that it is safe.
6. Health and Safety
Pinnacle uses products registered with the EPA and follows applicable Connecticut pest-control requirements. Safety precautions provided by technicians must be followed.
7. Limitations of Liability
Pinnacle Pest Management LLC is not liable for damage to personal property except where caused by negligence or misconduct, and is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages beyond applicable service warranty terms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 10 days written notice. Service may be denied or cancelled due to safety concerns, nonpayment or abusive behavior.

Customer information is used for scheduling, billing, service delivery and related business operations. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
